Jim has been employed by Savio HR Solutions (MHA Solutions), as Director for 21 years. Prior to joining Savio HR Solutions, he was employed with the Mississippi Department of Employment Security (MDES) for 12 years. During his tenure with this agency, he worked in the positions of Employment Interviewer, Supervising Interviewer, Program Specialist, Chief Technical Services, and lastly as Asst. Chief of the Benefit Payments Department. This is the department where all initial determinations are made on claimant’s eligibility to receive benefits. Prior to working with MDES, he was employed in restaurant management with Waffle House for 3 years, where he was last employed as a District Manager.
He is a 1982 graduate of Troy State University in Troy, Alabama. He is a member of the Capital Area Human Resource Association, UWC (Strategic Services on Unemployment & Workers’ Compensation), AHAUCG (Allied Hospital Association Unemployment Compensation Group), and MHA Society for Human Resource Administration.
He has provided UI cost management and UI claims management best practices training to HR associations and employers.
Tammy is employed with Savio HR Solutions as Director of HR services. She has 27 years of experience in various areas of Human Resources and about ten years in Unemployment Insurance Compensation.
In her previous roles she was responsible for FMLA management, employee onboarding, Employee Relations, and performance management.
She is member of CAHRA the local SHRM chapter.
Amanda serves as a UI Coordinator at Savio HR Solutions. Prior to joining Savio, she spent several years at the Mississippi Department of Employment Security (MOES), holding various roles including Investigator, Integrity and Benefit Payment Control Supervisor, Benefits Coordinator, and Manager of the Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS) unit.
Before her tenure at M DES, Amanda worked in the Communication field for a number of years as both a Communication Specialist and a Media Analyst.
She graduated from the Federal University of Parana and the University of Lisbon in 2016. Additionally, Amanda is a certified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA).
Kelly has 14 years of Human Resource experience. In these years she has worked in healthcare, industrial, as well as non-profit organizations. During her previous roles she was responsible for orientation and onboarding of new employees, help create and develop policies and handbooks, designated employer representative for drug and alcohol testing, and create safe working practices using OSHA standards.
She is a graduate of Millsaps College. Kelly is a member of the Capital Area Human Resource Association, and SHRM.
