SECURE 2.0 Retirement made easier for Part-time Employees.
HEY DID YOU KNOWOn January 1, 2024, long-term part-time employees are eligible to participate in your 401(k) plan. To be eligible the employee must be over 21 and have worked at least 500 hours a year in the last three years. Participation is voluntary, and employers do not have to match the contribution.
